Per4mance Window Cleaning just arrived on property, they are going to try again this morning to get to the 11th stack today and tomorrow. They will also do a partial of the 02 stack. 3 WEEK NOTICE!
Electrical Power Shutdown for the Entire Bldg. on Oct. 20th, 9-3 p.m.
October 20th, 2022
from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
A & B Electric & HECO will be finishing up some additional cleaning of the electrical duct lines in the MAIN ELECTRIC ROOM (located by the EV Station) and will effect the power in the entire building for all residents. This is part of preventative maintenance for the building. Again, there will be NO ELECTRICAL POWER FOR THE ENTIRE BLDG. Please be prepared for this in advance(THERE WILL BE NO INTERNET/CABLE SERVICE) as this will take all day (9-3 p.m.) Electrical appliances such as computers should be unplugged in case of a power surge. The elevators will not be running during this time; however, they will be prepared if the emergency power needs to be restored.

MANDATORY DRYER & BATHROOM DUCT CLEANING
Aloha Windward Passage Residents,
Platinum Air Duct Cleaning has been contracted by the Board of Directors to clean all dryer and bathroom ducts throughout the property at NO CHARGE to you. Because of the potential fire hazard if this work is not done, (and the possibility of the Association’s Insurance Policy being compromised) this maintenance work is mandatory. Platinum Air Duct Cleaning will need access to ALL units for this maintenance project to be done properly.
For your convenience, this work will be done on: October 25th – November 4th, 2022. Please see the attached cleaning schedule for specific time frame for your unit.
The work should take approximately 20-30 minutes per unit. Every effort will be made to be at your unit at the scheduled time frame; however, unforeseen things may arise so please allow a “grace period” of up to 30-minutes BEFORE and AFTER your scheduled time frame.
Your washer and dryer will need to be empty and the area around your washer
and dryer will need to be free and clear of any obstructions. Please make sure there are no items under all bathroom vents that will get dusty as dust will fall. Please remove any items beforehand.
Please cover all bathroom vents with blue painters’ tape on the evening of October 24th. On Oct. 25th the rooftop fans will be getting cleaned and we want to avoid dust going into the units. Cover just the vent part, not the ceiling paint around the vent. Failure to do so will not be the responsibility of Platinum Air Duct Cleaning or the WP employees. Platinum can remove the tape when they work on your unit.
Dryer flex hose replacement will be available at an additional charge of $20.94. Cash only. Receipt will be provided upon request from Platinum Air Duct Cleaning.
Due to COVID-19 all safety precautions will be exercised. We ask that you practice social distancing and stay at least 6ft apart. All technicians will be using a face mask as well as gloves while in your apartment.
An adult must be present for the cleaning, no minors or your unit will be skipped.
Any refused service for any reason, will forfeit any chance of the technician’s return.
100% PARTICIPATION IS REQUIRED!
Note to Off-site owners. Please contact your tenant or Rental Agent to let them know that this maintenance work is mandatory and that they must allow access in order to complete the work. We will attempt to send your tenants a copy of this letter, but ultimately it is the owner’s responsibility to contact their tenants and make sure they know their scheduled appointment.
